Individual counseling

Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, identity, the job that's eating you, the thing you've never said out loud. One person, one therapist, and no requirement that you arrive with it figured out.

We're trained in the evidence-based approaches and we use them when they fit. We're not going to hand you a worksheet and call it treatment. If sitting in a chair isn't working, we've done EMDR through movement, held sessions outside, met at the forge with a client putting everything they had into a piece of hot steel. The method serves you.

Couples and marriage counseling

Communication that's turned into a loop, trust to rebuild after infidelity, a relationship that's been quietly dying for two years, or a decision about whether to stay at all.

We also do a lot of this work with one person, the partner carrying the question alone. You don't need your spouse's buy-in to start figuring out what you want.

Family counseling

Parenting that's stopped working, siblings at war, a family reorganizing around a divorce or a blend. We get everyone in the room and find the ground you actually share, instead of the ground you're fighting over.

Grief

There's no right way to do this and no timeline you're supposed to hit. Whatever you're feeling, including the parts that don't look like sadness, including relief, has a place here. We're not going to rush you through stages.
